If Billy can coach (and that is debatable at this point), he can't coach talent. You recruit talent. Billy can't coach this team to handle the ball better...there is no point guard on this team.
The other missing key is the complete lack of outside shooting with the exception on Meeks. This team does not have 3-point shooters...period. All the coaching in the world won't fix the 2008-2009 team.
You have got big issues folks and it won't be fixed this year.
