That is terrible news. UT is down this year but it is going to be tough without 3 of our best defensive players.

I told my wife this morning that this is the weakest ewe tee has been in some time, and it doesn't look as if we're going to be in a position to take advantage of the situation.

Dang. :icon_frown: I had just been telling Mike that Coach Brooks had said that there was a possibility that at least Jeremy just might get a few snaps against UT. Also, besides for the HUGE loss to our defense in those three, you know it has to "killing" Marcus McClinton not to get to play in his last chance against the Vols. :icon_sad:
The offense had been SO hit with key injuries this season with the losses of its top receiver, its leading rusher and second-leading receiver, top blocking receiver, and a starting offensive lineman after so many injuries and missed games on that line (Lyons, Locke, Ford, and Beets, respectively). Then high ankle sprains, in particular, had already affected our defense in a negative way. Now we're essentially without three defensive starters, including Ricky Lumpkin, who rotates in for A LOT of playing time, and our most respected defensive player, arguably, Jeremy Jarmon. :icon_sad:
Naturally, others MUST step up. Yet, I would say UT is getting a HUGE break here. :icon_frown: GO CATS! BEAT UT!
