Tubby knows how to beat teams from the ACC. Convincing win over Virginia tonight. I'll be the first one to say it: Minnesota will win the Big 10.

I like Tubby, but I'd be shocked if the Gophers won the Big 10. Tough conference, although Purdue showed tonight that they might be a bit overhyped. Still think Michigan State, Purdue and Wisconsin will be the cream of the crop up there.

Tubby does look like he's building an NCAA Tournament team, which is flat-out amazing considering what he took over up there. Still, Minnesota's gonna have to beat somebody to be in any kind of discussion about the conference championship. Virginia, although they beat VMI, is one of the worst teams (maybe the worst) in the ACC.

Tubby has them playing great defense. Somethings never change. I think they are a tourney team for sure.

I always liked Tubby, was a big Tubby fan.

In the end, I did think it was time for him and UK to part ways. I'll watch their games when I get a chance.
