Thanks BB,
It is hard to get excited about football right now. I still think Kragthorpe could make it if he could only recruit, but he has not shown he can recruit either.

I was hoping you had some inside info that Kraggiepoo was stepping down. :(
It is a good recognition for Victor. Too bad "Coach" Kragthorpe can't utilize him better.

I've been saying that I think he's a better coach than most think he is, but I agree with you that his recruiting hasn't been stellar.
In fairness I think it's a little unfair to hold him to the standard created by having an unusual class of good local kids (Bush, Brohm etc.) coming through together. It'll be tough to match that again in the next several years. But, even that aside, recruiting has seemed to me to be his biggest weakness as a coach right now (I'm sure I'll get some cynical comments for saying that).

It will be awhile before we see that type of talent coming out all at once again. Bush was a special talent in college. I went to see him play in high school a couple times since I am a Male grad and he was a GREAT player then. I would have loved to see him at UK.

I have heard different reasons. Who knows really I doubt it was a grade issue though I know Coach Redman is likely to help a little in that area from experience.
