Mike Hartline when you was put on the bench earlier for Randall Cobb you could have have packed up and quit but he didnt and I would like to thank this young man personally for help in leading the cats to their third straight bowl victory.

90 percent of the fans wanted you instead of Cobb at QB, but when the time was right you stepped up and got the job done.This is not a knock on Cobb he is a superior athlete and a potential all sec at wideout,BUT just not at QB.

With the 2 big time recruits coming in the fold next year at QB, our future looks bright at that postion.

:thumbup::thumbup: to DEMISE OF SANITY, too, for starting this thread. Also, that Hartline was suffering from flu symtons Friday and had to walk to the locker room on at least three separate occassions during the game makes Michael's being named Offensive Player of the Game even more amazing and noteworthy. Further, with Randall Cobb's being unable to play, the inexperienced Will Fidler would have had to replace Michael if he had been unable to take the field. Indeed, thank you, Michael Hartline, for staying around and leading the Cats to that THIRD consecutive bowl win (even while fighting an illness). :) GO CATS! GO COACH BROOKS! GO HARTLINE!
