What did South Carolina do yesterday? The Sunday Herald Loser listed conference rankings with us in the second spot behind USC and this morning's wire reports said we "kept pace with South Carolina in SEC East." In fact, we own the tiebreaker because of our sweep of the Gamecocks so they're the one's keeping pace. Also, the HL should list us first for that same reason AND, if for no other, "K" comes before "S" in the alphabet! I know I'm nitpicking, but our baseball team has enjoyed so few seasons like this one I want us to get every recognition break we can get.

South Carolina won two of three this weekend just like UK did, therefore, they are still tied atop the East Division standings. However, UK has the tie-breaker because they took two of three from the Gamecocks.

In conference tournament seedings, UK gets the nod if they are tied with USC.

The Catstook all three from the Gamecocks.

Thank goodness for Strieby---his bat just keeps saving games for us when our pitching doesn't hold up. 34-11 looks mighty good. How many more games are there to go yet in the regular SEC season?
