As most know, there are three SEC three game series left for all teams. The Cats are at the top of the East tied with USC, but with the tie breaker because they won the USC Series.

Here's the remaining SEC schedule for USC and UK:

South Carolina
@ Georgia
Tennessee
@ Vanderbilt

Kentucky
Mississippi
Mississippi State
@ Georgia

It's a tough call to say who this schedule favors, but UK does have two home series while USC has two away series. Looks like an interesting finish to the SEC East race.

Both Mississippi teams are playing pretty good ball right now so UK will have a tough homestand. But like you said, USC has to play at Vandy and at UGA.

I like our chances.

Mississippi is hitting on all cylinders, with a 10-0 record over the last 10 games, including series sweeps of Tennessee and LSU. However, Misssissippi is only 7-7 playing on the road. Mississippi State, on the other hand, is only 4-6 in their last 10 games and 9-10 on the road.

Kentucky is 9-1 in their last 10 games with a 22-4 home record.

Georgia may well be playing for their post-season lives when we visit them.

Could make it tough.

they're still upset about the rain-out in Lexington last year (not made up), that cost them a chance to make the SEC tourney.
