Anyone else addicted to E-bay as much as I am?? I am thinking I need to start some Ebay Anonymous therapy group! Step away from the bidding!! :D
Gotta go - have 2 minutes left on a picture I am bidding on!
*Okay, I won it! Now waiting for the 2nd bid to go through on another picture. I really need to find another hobby.....

Not quite addicted but spent alot of time last summer getting Leappads, books with cassettes, and other stuff for my class. It got so bad I had to keep telling myself when I clicked on there "Bad Judy, Bad Judy":DBut I did get some bargains for my class that they are enjoying now. I am looking now for some hooked on phonics for another teacher.
Those last minute bidding wars are very addictive. Did not know how competitive I was until I Ebayed!:>:ggrin:

I have vaccum-tube audio equipment, so I have spent a fair amount of time bidding on NOS (New old stock, i.e., old and unused) tubes. I've won a few auctions, picking up some wonderful old tubes--50+ years old--that are sonically superior to anything available today.
You're right, it is a lot of fun. But now that I have more than enough tubes to last me for the rest of my life, I don't do it as much anymore. I haven't submitted any bids since June, but I still take a peek at what's there from time to time.....

I've gotten to be an eBay hobbyist. It helps that DH is restoring an old car, and he's finding all kinds of parts on there. I've sold a few items left over from our wedding, too. The main thing is convincing DH that we no longer need some of the stuff, and it's time to sell it. :)
Oh yeah, and I found this link today. Anyone who's spent any time on eBay will get a kick out of this Weird Al song.

That song is hillarious.:ggrin:
I am not addicted to EBay, but I have found some good deals there. I bought my husband a nice UK jacket for Christmas last year for $40.00.
