Wildcats Beat Ole Miss 8-3 In Game One

The Bat Cats hammered out 13 hits in beating Mississippi 8-3 in the first game of the three game series at Cliff Hagan Stadium in Lexington on Friday night. The Cats pitching staff held the Rebels to 5 hits on the night.

With South Carolina's 8-4 loss at Georgia, Kentucky takes sole possession of first place in the East Division of the SEC.
