CATS now lead USC by three games with Six to go.

We'll no doubt be ranked in the top 10 in the country next week.

Amazing!

Bama lost to the Pigs again too for 3rd time, so UK alone in overall SEC first place race by a game.

Great place to be. Looks like the Hawgs play their best game against the good teams. They beat our Cats 2 of 3 in that series a few weeks ago.

I just found out about the sweep. Being in Fla. and getting caught up in the races yesterday kept me out of the baseball loop, but all I can say is that this is freaking amazing. Could we just darn well be the best team in the country ? Certainly not getting over confident but it may be true. And they are starting to make me wonder about the accomodations in Omaha.

Couple interesting points from the article on UKathetics.com

-Kentucky has won five consecutive series over ranked opponents dating back to last season

-Kentucky is now just four wins shy of the school record 41 wins during the 1991 campaign

Athens are you going to check out any of the games against UGA May18-20 down there? If so hopefully you'll be taking a broom with you to the third game.

What 4 crazy UK fans from Louisville, the day after Derby Day would drive to Lexington and watch the BatCats play in a cold rain????

Yep. We were there. It was great to see so many people out. Not an ideal day to watch a game. I'm excited about this team. Good Luck BATCATS the rest of the season.

The weather sure didn't cooperate, but that didn't stop the CATS from winning. I've seen them twice in 0person and on TV and each time they are impressing me more. I just wish I could go next weekend. Daggone work!

I plan to be there.

Georgia is hot as well, and have an almost unhittable ace, named Brooks Brown.

Will be thrilled to take 2/3.
