No idea who this was and not very much information out there both on rivals.com and google search. He played at Western and is from Louisville. Also, he's listed as RB, 6'1" and 210lbs. Apparently he did enroll at UK since he has a bio on the ukathletics website (Corey Goodson (http://www.ukathletics.com/index.php?s=&url_channel_id=&url_subchannel_id=&ur l_article_id=15884&change_well_id=2))
It looks like he had some problems with grades (going to Hargrave Military school for grades):
Seven signees fail to report Seven signees in UK's 2005 class did not report with the team yesterday either because of academic reasons or because they are planning to enroll in January, including running back Corey Goodson from Western High School.

Goodson has given an oral commitment for next year. Hopefully, he will have a great year for Hargrave and will be that much more ready for college competition when he arrives in 2006.
Is he a possible for defense?

I think the plan is to initially give him a look at safety.
