I don't question any of these three players' hearts. Sheray Thomas, in coming back from his illness last year, showed as much heart as anyone in the history of UK basketball. Bobby Perry gives it hell every time he steps on the floor.

What I think you're talking about is talent. Antoine Walker is not a guy I would necessarily use with the word "heart" - yet he was talented as any big man I've seen here.

I would love to see Thad Young at UK. I think it's a longshot that we'll get him, but he seems to be the kind of talent the original poster is referring to.

Right on. Thomas, Perry and Woo all have heart and desire. They do not, however, have Mashburn or Walker talent (not many do).

I think we will see Tubby go smaller on the perimeter this year. Sims and Perry may see time at SF, but do not be surprised if Crawford and Moss split time at the SF. I think Tubby sees this years team as guard oriented and will push the ball and penetrate as much as he can. I, personally, think it could be a fun year.
