Now that's interesting. It seems they sometimes drop a recruits ranking after they commit to UK, first time I've ever seen them up it. On the other hand, perhaps I made a mistake when I looked it up before.

I think you saw it correctly. Saw it mentioned earlier that he had no stars.

Rivals did not have any stars associated with this kid when the post was first posted about his commitment. The CJ must have had a jump on the news. Neither Scout or Rivals had him in the commit list for UK until a short while after this thread was initiated.
