I have to hand it to OU they always seem to be on the edge with uniforms. They almost never have ordinary unis. They might not always look good but they are atleast not afraid to do something different.

I am a big fan of the Oregon helmet. I like the helmet. I would not be embarrassed to wear the helmet. Have you seen Oregon's helmet?

As to the rest, I would not have made any changes. The old unis were bold and subject to debate. I would have kept the old unis.

Question: Do the new unis help or hurt recruiting?

look no further than Oregon alum and Nike founder Phil Knight for the reason for that...seen their fieldhouse/locker rooms?

"The Oregon locker room is two stories and has a door that will allow eight players to enter at once, a door that can open and shut at three feet per second.
Each locker has its own ventilation system to personalize perspiration. Each also has outlets for video games and the Internet, as well as a security system that is activated by a code that includes a player's uniform number and a scan of his thumbprint.
Weight rooms and indoor practice facilities could be defended because they made players stronger and mitigated cold, wet weather."

Those two, I suppose I could live with, but they also have two others, an all-white, and all-green, and two other helmets, apparently. I'm too lazy to post it, but it's on their website.

ALL of them are better than the "highlighter" unis they wore against Mississippi State a couple of years ago. Good GAWD!!!

If I were a duck, I would be insulted and request Oregon stop using me as a mascot. If Oregon'steam was using thenameof an Indian, they would be charged with a hate crime.
