After the ridiculous NCAA ruling I can't say that I blame him.

That stinks. Its not like he made himself eligible for the NFL draft and worked out for them and decided to stay in college.

Its not even the same sport.

NCAA stands for Not Capable of Anything ____ (is there a word starting with "A" that means common sense?)

I can't say that I blame him. The ruling went against him as we all know and probably have very similar feelings on it. Plus, he probably would like some time to relax a bit. He seems from what I can tell as a great person. I have never heard anything but good things about him so if this is his choice, I support him 100%. I would have liked to see him play but I won't cry over it if he doesn't. Good luck to him.

As it was, within the current judgement, I would have liked to see him practice like he was going to be a starter and really learn to catch the ball (he was responsible for an interception in the spring game). I have complete faith that he would have been able to do that. Then, I would have loved to see him come out against LSU with some big receptions. He would have been able to play starting that game.

Oh well. He is a good man and the best of luck to him.
