Heard on the radio this morning that heis resting in intensive care and doing OK for someone who just had brain surgery. Hate to hear this though. He's a very knowledgable baseball writer. I have enjoyed reading his work and listening to him over the years on ESPN. I wish him the very best.

I was surprised to hear he's just 61. I thought he was at least 70.

Hopefully he has a quick recovery, but regardless, he'll probably have to take some time off. TheBaseball Tonight trade deadline shows just won't be the same without him working the phones and giving constant updates and rumors.
