I'm BAAAAAAAAAAAACK!!!! Miss me?

After repeatedly whiffing on 5 and 4 star recruits (once unheard of at ulahkay) Tubby has now turned his attention to the 3 star unranked and unheard of players that are left in the 2007 class. Looks like he may finally have found his man. He is 6'7" 200 lb. Tyrone Nash. Is that a typo? 6'7", 200lbs??? Now, THAT'S what I call a POWER forward! Nash whom was considered a heavy Seton Hall lean, has now weighed his options, and MAY...I repeat....MAY sign with ulahkay. That's right folks, you are stealing a recruit from none other than Seton Hall. This is a prime example of just how far your program has sunk. Reminds me of the time you stole Shagari from Rutgers. Looks like the longest Final Four drought in ulahkay history will continue as scheduled. It's gonna be a fun season.

Btw, before you find a nickname for this guy, he already has one. It's "the rail". Tello may have to sit this one out. He may injure something from laughing so hard when this "power forward" takes the court. Maybe that is Tubby's gameplan.

I'm not going to pump up this recruit, but talking smack about Tello (insert injury here) laughing at some one else istoo funny. That guy only shows up verses weak schools. He is so weak he got poked in the eye and couldn't return.

This guy made 6 of 8 field goals (against West Virginia) to help his team to the Final Four.
Tyrone Nash-:lol:I can't wait to see what UK fans are saying about him, this time next year.

Tyrone did show his ability to dunk a basketball....which was ALL that Tubby needed to see to seal the deal. Hell, beggars can't be choosers. Here he is in action. The man that is going to end the longest Final Four drought in uk history...the savior that is going to turn this into a RANKED team!!!

Here I thought that after such a long lay off NITKNEE would have some better smack warmed up and ready to serve I was wrong. Finding any recruit this late in the game that has a possiblity of helping your team down the road is a good thing. By the way he couldn't be too bad he has some very good teams looking at him they just want him to prep for a year. The kid didn't even get to play his SO. year because of a knee injury. Smack talking about a kid that has not even decided what team he wants to play for is low even for you. I think it is time for you to return to the drawing board and next time come with something that has merit.

Doesn't school start in a matter of weeks? And he doesn't know what school he wants to play for? You're right! Should fit in with Tubby just fine.

Again, I can't wait to hear what UK fans will be saying about this kid, this time next year. If he signs with UK-Tubby can't recruit. If he doesn't sign with UK-We didn't want him anyway.

Uh, yyyyyyeah....I guess that's one way of putting it. I tend to look at it more along the lines of, "We have whiffed on every other recruit so we better lower our standards and start scrapin." This guy has last second desperation pick up written all over him. Yeah, you're right....he did have some very good teams looking at him. Providence was the only other school to offer. OTFLMMFAO!!!!

And the drought continues....

You guys can look at it anyway you want to but the fact remains that the kid has offers from lots of D-1 schools and has a lot more if he goes prep for one year so he has skills. He may not have offers from a lot of big name schools but he has teams that are wanting him to go prep then bring him in. Besides the fact that you have never seen the kid play and yet you want to dog him. This is some weak smack and you are just grabbing at straws because there is nothing really going on right now EXCEPT for the fact that UK had a first round draft pick selected in the draft last night. By the way were did Dean go?

NOknee6of7

Grabbing straws? If it were us whiffing on 5 and 4 star recruits and eventually swallowing our pride and going after a no name, you would be all over it like a fat girl on a twinkie. Don't be mad because we don't have that problem.

And as for Dean, as I said before, he was a 4 star recruit and the 17th rated SG coming out of high school....not a 5 star McD's AA. You are bragging about a kid whose dream was to play at Louisville and hung out with our players weekly, but was pushed aside by Pitino like last nights scraps and went to uk out of spite. So you arebeating your chestabout barely getting him in the first round? Talk about grabbing straws. Congrats man. Rondo wasn't even there long enough to learn anything. He just couldn't stand playing at uk anymore. You must be so proud.

By the way you can spin it ANY way you want but Dean did not get drafted in the first day atleast and may not at all and Rondo was a first rounder. If he wanted out or not makes no difference he is yet another former UK player that will win a NBA championship when was the last UL player to win a NBA title S.Walker in the 90's with the Spurs.

Yeah, and it's really paying off for you isn't it? As I said, the recruits know we were young last year. They also know we went to the Final Four the year before. They also know that Rick Pitino has put 20 something players into the NBA compared to Tubby's three. Spin it anyway YOU want, but top recruits will continue to bang down our door.....and uk will continue to pick up our table scraps and shoot for 3 star no names.

Yea those top recruits that keep beating down your door keep working out for you don't they. Since you have won exactly how many NCAA championships? Oh yea NONE. I know you are rebuilding for five years one of which you went farther than theh first round of the NCAA. We are picking up your table scraps that is rich when was it that we took one of your old players? But I seem to remember Marvin Stone who went to UK first then went to UL.

Ch, this new age limit is going to be your worst nightmare coming true right before your very eyes. Pitino is licking his chops right now. No more misses on the LeBron Jameses, the Sebastian Telfairs, and the Amir Johnsons. Those guys will ALL be forced to come to school now. Don't cha just love it. Hell you give us Telfair alone on last years team and we are in back to back Final Four's. Much less Amir Johnson, and Donta Smith.

Worse than receiving the Death Penalty? Worse than point shaving? Worse than envelopes popping open with hundred dollar bills to a recruit? Worse than students cheating on SAT test? Worse than hundred dollar hand shakes? My goodness, with all the money that you've illegally spent over the years, I would hope you're the winningest program of All time.

It's just that it went on SO much at uk, they probably for got it was against the rules. You know, kinda like if you tell a lie so many times, you start toi believe it yourself. Who said cheaters never win. For the right price, you too can become the all time winningest program!
