Anybody know a restaurant that serves good Tabouleh (Middle Eastern salad;cous cous, tomatoes, parsley, etc.) in the Louisville area?
Or if anybody has a good recipe for it, that would be great too. Thanks

Thanks Homey, but I don't live in L'ville ...
Maybe ask the Heretic, he's probably way savvy about the yummy Middle Eastern food.

Bluemagicwoman...I don't eat at Middle Easter restaurants much. The only ones I have eaten at are Shalimar (sp) on Hursbourne Ln where Damens is and a small Indian restaurant on Bardstown Rd across from MidCity Mall. Both were good. I buy Tabouleh at places like Whole Foods and Wild Oats. I like it alot. Other than that, I can't help you.

Thanks anyway, ladies. Best Tabouleh I've ever had was homemade - old Lebanese family recipe. Unfortunately, the lady who made has passed away.. I hate when I get a craving for food I can't get my hands on anymore!

Best tabouleh I ever ate was made by a Palestinian lady . She and her husband had a little Middle Eastern restaurant in Clifton(Cinti) called the Hidden Corner circa 1975.
It was the bomb. Her Baba Ghanouj was to die for , also the moussaka .
Now I'm gonna have to go find some falafel for lunch!:D
