PHILADELPHIA -- So now we know what the initials, the two-letter shorthand that has made Terrell Owens (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?statsId=3664) somehow oddly familiar even to those who have never been in the presence of the Philadelphia Eagles (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/clubhouse?team=phi)' wide receiver, really mean.

Totally Oblivious.

Exactly one minute before the 8:45 a.m. appointed time for the beginning of practice here on Wednesday, Owens sprinted past the gauntlet of minicams and the phalanx of reporters, out of the team's NovaCare Complex and onto the field for the first time since having been banished by coach Andy Reid from training camp last week. He did not look right. He did not look left. He certainly didn't glance up at the single-engine plane that incessantly circled the practice facility towing a banner that read: "T-O must G-O."

Instead of seeing McNabb fail to connect to the receivers on MNF (15 of 19) and seeing rookie, Reggie Brown, put in a great night... you'll have to wonder if he feels expendable.

Trade him. More drama then it's worth.

As I was watching some show and they mentioned that nobody has been calling for TO's services. Looks like that option isn't available for TO or Eagles.

As someone who absolutely despises Drew Rosenhaus for embodying everyone's worst preconceived notions about lawyers, I'm really enjoying watching this whole thing blow up in his face.

The Eagles are not, under any circumstances, going to renegotiate Owens' contract. They hold the upper hand b/c they have a contract with Owens' name on it. Now, TO might have a legitimate gripe about how the Eagles could cut him and void the contract at any time with no repercussions, but he can't renegotiate after havinga good year. But still, under the current terms of theNFL's CBA, that's just too bad for TO.

TheEagles won't trade him or cut him because he's one of the top three WRs in football, and they don't want him helping out any of their competitors. They could "Keyshawn" him, though(pay him his current contract or perhaps less than that and suspend him indefinitely), which I think they might at least be setting up for the possibility of doing with the letter they sent him notifying him of disruptive and unacceptable behavior.
