Just saw it scroll across the screen on ESPN that Bobby Petrino signed a 10 year extension that will keep him with Louisville until 2015. This is a good move on Jurich's part. It will maintain the continuity of the program and hopefully will silence any rumors concerning him whenever a job opening comes up. This will also have an obvious positive effect on recruiting efforts, too. Sounds like a win-win situation for you guys. Congrats!
Here's a link to the ESPN website with the story:

Thanks BB! Will definitely take care of recruiting. How do you feel about that Championship now? 10 years is a loooooong time my man!;)

W-e-l-l-l, it certainly doesn't hurt your chances. For you guys sake, I hope the financial incentives are enough to make him stay. The more success he has, the more he will be courted by the NFL and Lord knows who else. It certainly doesn't mean he'll leave, but the lure of taking it to the next level will be strong.
Personally, I don't think he'll be around for 10 more years but that remains to be seen.

I guess he won't be taking off now the way that John L. did.-at least not without a penalty.;)
