I just got off the phone with UKBOB, and learned how to sign up on a web page, again.
I ran into Sam??? at a Reds game a couple of weeks back, and he suggested this site.
I came over and washappyto see so many of the old 'Faithful crowd, and to see old Mel's picture in Bob's signature.
Then in my semi-annualwallet cleaning, I luckily found Bob's phone number . . . .
And the rest is history!
I hope to be of some help, and hang around some.
Be patient, though . . . . I'm still trying to remember to post, and might have posted this twice.

Oh, I've been persecutin . . ., prosecuting, and such in my old haunts.
Shortly prior to Mel's death, I literally lost my old internet provider in Danville, and then kinda' got down on it all with Mel's death, and have been reading one of the commercial site's for info.
When the internet provider shut their doors, I lost my e-mail address, and have borrowed the Judge's for this initial sign on.
It's good to see your name Larry, and all the old names. Hope all's going well with the Court system in 'Bama!
It was like Da ja vu all over again, when I visited and saw UKBOB and Trublujr, and Wildcat Larry and Caveman Catfan, and some character named JPS - - - The Old Timer, or whatever:)

I've sent out e-searches for your sorry, er, for you for what seems like two years now.

Looking forward to your analyses of our improving(?) team ...

Thanks, again, Sam, for the suggestion. I have to admit when we saw you and you said, "Hey aren't you a lawyer . . . ," I thought I might have to fight my way off the upper deck :) Seriously, you could have knocked me over with a feather that someone in the Cincy area would recognize me with shades on. You might have noticed my reluctance to answer. I hope you don't think I was rude.
Melvin, I certainly don't rival RV on knowledge of the game, but I think I could take him in left handed arm wrestling.
Rick, lest I'm mistaken, we saw each other in a brief encounter at the 2003 Vandy Football game in Nashville, right before kickoff near the entrance. It was the highlight of the day for me :)
All I remember from kickoff forward was Vandy scoring, and what the bottom of the Woodford bottle looked like late in the 4th quarter. An old internet bud, Wildcatfanatic drove me down, and got me back home.

No, I didn't think you were rude, Hack. Actually I should have been a bit more diplomatic w my initial greeting. Tact is a trait where I still need to do some growing. I probably should of said; Hey, I remember meeting you at a WF tailgate.

Yep, thats right. I tried to erase that day from my mind.:(You know things on the field were bad if seeing me was the highlight.:lol:We were all chasing the Nashville Cats 4 yr old daughter trying not to lose her. Whatcould beworse, seeingme or watching the Vandy fans tear down the goalposts and carry them down West End Avenue.:shrug:Bad day!!
Anyway, its good to hear from you and have you back where you belong. As Terry said, Mel would be glad to know you are back with friends.:thumbup

Geez, Caveman, Rick, Bob, JPS, Miked, RV, Levi,I. Melvin, etc., etc., there must have been some vast migration over here. Bob told me a little about it last night. You all are going to have to tell me more about it when I make it to a tailgate.

Hack!
Welcome old friend. I was just thinking about you yesterday as I read an article about people stealing license plates to then go get a tank of gas and flee the scene without paying.
Do you remember a conversation we had on WCF literally years ago about one of your clients having to go to all pre-pay because of drive offs? I was pissed because so many stations were following suit and we even opined that it was "just going to get worse". Man, had we only known......
Anyway... great to see you again !!

Hey Hack-- good to see you again- my son ended up getting a scholarship and played football - not at UK as Dumme and his henchman Claude were principals when he was being recruited and when they got caught with a lot bad press etc.- even though on the up and up with my son- the interest kind of died and we went another way.
Still putting the bad guys behind bars??

Congrats Radiated! That's an accomplishment.
So Hack, why in the name of splitting 10's did you not call me and tell me about this site. It's better than that fuzzy Elvis picture on the wall your law office.
You probably think I am upset because you inserted your name in place of mine in Dad's will. That didn't bother me a bit. Dad's has already blown his whole nest egg at Pure Gold and I am left giving him "Five spots for the G-strings". Nonetheless they don't charge anyone over 87 a cover charge which helps.
I did sincerely enjoy my dinners at that five star Stanford restaurant, the pseudo-Italian place with the plastic chairs, card tables and NASCAR posters for ambiance runby Portuguese expatriatefrom New York posing as Mama Leone in drag.
