Looking at these recruits coming in, how could all these kids be happy with the amount of PT they'll be getting?

Texas

I'll predict there's better than 50-50 odds that both schools will have at least 1 transfer before the end of next season. Who wants some of that action?

At UNC, it is likely that a least Hansborough leaves early after this season. He could be the top draft pick in next season's draft and is probably a guaranteed top 2-5.They also lose Terry to graduation. This year's loss of Noel will provide time for at least one of the newcomers.

UNC and Williams do a pretty good job of retaining players. They could lose one of the centers, but I would not be surprised if all remain, unless they jump early to the NBA.

I'm talking mid-season, not after the season is over.

I'm talking mid-season, not after the season is over.We know from the Joe Crawford incident that no freshman will be transferring mid-season because the penalty is 2 seasons eligibility. Could be upper classmen though.

Really? I wasn't aware of that. Ok, maybe I'll retrack my betting offer. :)

But I know one thing, not all of those incoming freshmen for UNC and Texas will be happy with their PT, that's for certain.

I don't know how accurate it is right now, but NBADraft.net doesn't think Hansbrough is much of an NBA prospect. In their 2007 Mock Draft, they have him going at #27.

I love it! They already have a '07 simulated draft going!

For what it's worth, nbadraft.net has some of the worst analysis I've ever seen. Aran Smith knows so little about basketball it's frightening.

Hansborough will get drafted, but I doubt he will be a lottery pick any time soon. He is a tweener. Unless he adds some outside game he will not be able to play PF and he is too small to play C. He is apparently a tireless worker, so he may add that outside game and end up a top 15 pick, butI doubt it is next year.
