Nice crowd out there Cat fans.....never utter the phrase 70000 strong again!!!!!!!!!! 55000 nice job. Before you bring up the Cards, 1 ours doesnt hold that many and 2 this is about your 70000 slogan we had to hear about all preseason. Face it I hope Coach Brooks stays forever......2-9 every year, but hey you can use that same ole tired saying"at least we play in the SEC":dude::dude::dude:

Your stadium doesn't hold either 55K or 70K for a reason. I will easily admit that UL has the better football program right now, there's very little argument otherwise, however your fan base would NEVER put 55K in the seats for a team with one win this late in the season... hell, you guys probably couldn't get it today with your current record.

I think that UL has a decent overall program but you guys are never going to be taken seriously until you can get over your inferiority complex... got that little brother...

You should worry more about your next opponent that our attendance.

Again, guys IF you can read , I said this has nothing to to with the Cards. The Cards have nothing to do with this, I say this again so you understand. UK put out the slogan 70000 strong so this has to do with you all the fans who can not support your team. Focus on the topic, Ill say for the 4th time this has nothing to do with the Cards, if you respond why dont you try to respond to the topic.

If you want to make a post about UK's attendance then UL is open game I don't care what rules you want to add to it. If you don't like it please go somewhere else. We wouldn't mind at all.

First of all, I can read, that's why I'm a UK fan at a UK website... what's your excuse?

As for keeping your beloved red birds about of the discussion, show me the forum rules that say that the person who starts the topic also dictates the terms in which it's responded to. Yes, you have your opinion and you can respond in whatever manner that you choose as long as it's within the guidelines set forth by the owners of this site, however so do the rest of us.

If you want to create a name like "Cards R Best" and bash UK without any reference to UL in return, go find one of their pathetic sites and do just that. For the record, I do understand why you would want to keep UL out of the discussion, you can reference my earlier post for the reasons... IF you can read.

I know a few people that went to the game (all of which got free tickets) and even they admitted 45,000 would be pushing it. SUK inflates their numbers so much it's ridiculous.

BTW, thank you UT for putting us back in the top 25.

There is no doubt in my mind that there were atleast 50,000 in that stadium but not much more than that. But I do have to say that the crowd was loud and stayed until the end of the game for the first time in a few games. Hey I don't think that anybody on this board is going argue that our football team is having a tough year and aren't playing well at all so these threads are not only pointless they are not going to get you any good replies.

Two Final Four's and a Championship. You can't even dig your way out of the cellar in your conference....without cheating at least.

That's all that matters.Winning seasons get you to bowl games. Attendance does not. Bigger stadiums do not. Conference affiliations do not.

You have to win - plain and simple. Until you do, there is no smack (or ribbing, for the semantics police). The rest of it is desperation.

Can I just ask WHICH UK fan it was that supposedly started this 70,000 strong business? You guys seem to be the ones harping on it. If you're going to accuse us of something, at least tell us who started the whole thing.
