Interest appears to be growing in DL Chris Donaldson (6-3 260) of Westside. The Shrine Bowl selection has an offer from SC State but is having contact from USC, Clemson, Tennessee and Kentucky. "USC calls a good bit," he said, " and Clemson said they would watch me at the Shrine Bowl." Donaldson attended the USC at Tennessee game and has also been to games at USC and Clemson. He calls USC his current favorite.

DL Chris Donaldson (6-3 260) of Westside hopes to have an impressive week at Shrine Bowl practice. He is hoping to turn a good week in Spartanburg into some major offers. He has an offer from SC State and is getting interest from USC and Clemson. "They are telling me they like what they see on film, but they want to wait until the Shrine Bowl to see me in person," Donaldson said. He is also drawing interest from Tennessee, Kentucky, Appalachian State, Georgia Southern, Liberty, Middle Tennessee and Coastal Carolina. Donaldson had been favoring USC but now says Clemson is his leader ahead of the Gamecocks and SC State.
