Accuracy of their ratings?
Timeliness of their news?
Reliability of their info?
What says the WCN recruiting experts?

If you want fast turnaround on breaking recruiting news, Scout.com may be the way to go. But if you want a better all-around info such as FB/BB news, recruiting updates, etc. then rivals.com is better in that regard. Of course, that's my opinion. However, I would suggest you try the 7 day trial they both offer.
Jeff Drummond and others on rivals.com has a policy of waiting until the recruit gets home from a visit so that delays the news somewhat. However, the articles tend to be more accurate. Scout.com does get them out quickly but they have had a few misses on their accuracies when it comes to commitments.
The comparision of ratings may not be that big a deal as many recruits are pretty much in the same ballpark especially when it comes to star ratings versus position/overall rankings.
