FLYING AND THE NEW RULES

I wear gas permeable contacts. Since my flight leaves at 6 a.m. and I expect to have a long, long day, I was wondering if I could put my small flat contact case in my purse and carry them on rather than packing them. They would have a drop a piece of soaking solution in each contact. I know I can't take the bottle of solutions on.
