This should rank as one of the top shows of all time, in my opinion. They way it infuses so many different genres,is truly something to behold. though it tempers it enough that you care about the lead character.
The guy who plays the lead character, should win an emmy before this show ends it run. remarkable and unique show and unlike most anything you would see on newtwork television at the current time.

I've been meaning to watch this show Buddah, just haven't got around to it yet. Everybody I talk to who has seen it likes it...these are people whose opinions I respect a lot too, so I'm sure I would enjoy the show.
It comes on Tuesday, correct? If so, that'd be great...I don't have any other shows on Tuesday. I tell ya, I used to hardly watch any TV, but with DVR, that has changed completely. Knowing you can watch these shows on your own time, instead of the network's time, makes all the difference.
I may go ahead and add this one to the DVR schedule.

Does this show require watching the episodes in order? Or could I just jump in next Tuesday and Wednesday and be ok...?
I see on Amazon.com that season one is available on DVD. I didn't see season two on there, perhaps it is not released yet.

they are stand alone stories, so there aren't serialized with an over arching plot, like the mythology eposides of the x files.. so just jump right in, though like rick said season two is out on DVD.. may want to watch season one to get all the pertinent character back ground and so forth.

It really is a great show.
BTW, Hugh Laurie is in actuality a British actor using an American accent.

This is probably my favorite show on TV. I've watched every episode, have season one on DVD and will have Season 2 on the 22nd.
You don't have to watch them in order. There is 1 to be continued during season 2.
I'mwatching it right now. Have about 8 episodes on TIVO, and will get them all this weekend. I didn't watch the first season till a few months ago. I just caught the last 2-3 episodes of season 2. Now have watched them all.
And, it's the type of show you can watch over and over.
I looked like House today. My dress pants, and a scrub top, got ink all over my dress shirt. I had my cane with me as well. My boss said, just don't act like him.
