i would have, if i was of age during that time. those crazy hippies had the right idea.. same with apple with jobs and woz. just takes vision ,most never see it at the time... if GM hadn't killed the electric car, their stock would be huge, given recent events. eletric cars and alternative fuels will be similar to the tech boom which changed everything and cause a domino effect for jobs and so forth.

I was of age and I should have. But, I was having too much fun to worry about that stuff. :D
You're right though. It is often the people that can seem a bit strange that come up with really good ideas. I know some people that were considered very odd in High School that have done very well with their lives where $$$ is concerned. Most that were thought of as odd moved away not long after high school. In a new area they could start from scratch and be whoever they wanted I guess?

Dylan was a big draw in my youth. Graduated high school in 69. Lived up east in Connecticut for 7 years through my junior year of high school then back down here to graduate.
Come gather 'round people
Wherever you roam
And admit that the waters
Around you have grown
And accept it that soon
You'll be drenched to the bone.
If your time to you
Is worth savin'
Then you better start swimmin'
Or you'll sink like a stone
For the times they are a-changin'.

No, I wondered what you were talking about for sure? :) I wish I had though. He really can't sing but he just has a style that speaks to you on a different level. Writes some good stuff.

My friend Casey Sander who played "Rock" on Home Improvement was a friend of some of these folkas a young man. During the 80's, he told me, every cent he could scrape together was put into their stock. It represents the bulk of his fortune today. He's done pretty well.
