Tortilla Roll-Ups

You may want to double the recipe

1 (8 ounce) cream cheese softened

1/2 cup mild chunky salsa

1/2 cup chopped green onions

1 tsp minced garlic

12 (6 inch) flourtortillas

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except tortillas; mix well.
  3. Spread 1 heaping tablespoon of cream cheese mixture on each tortilla, covering entire surface.
  4. Roll up tightly.
  5. Place seam side down in shallow dish or pan.
  6. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  7. Cut each tortilla into 1-inch pieces
Anchor these with toothpicks and an added black olive to each for color, makes 4-5 dozen appetizers....have extra salsa in a bowl for those that want it to dip in!
