I have kvetched for years that UK should emulate VaTech's approach to even the playing field by developing and deploying superb special teams.

I was saying this out loud to a fellow Cat fan when I realized I don't know exactly how Beamer does it.

Can anyone explain why VaTech's special teams are consistently, er, special?
