Good Lord! I just went into sugar shock looking at that list. I'm going to have to give myself an extra 10 units of insulin tonight!

The best Christmas candy I've ever had was some that someone made a few years ago. They took a hammer and crushed up some peppermint sticks in a ziplock bag (presumably on a cutting board). Then then dumped it in a baking tray and covered it in white chocolate and let it harden.
