Scott Padgett and Dave Ragone do a morning radio show in Louisville. Ragone wanted Padgett to wear a Laetner jersey if he lost their NCAA bracket bet. Padgett would not back down, and would not take the bet. Gotta love it.

The more I think about it.....can't we put together a class action law suit against Christian for the pain and suffering we go through as UK fans every single time we have to watch that clip of his famous shot. Sounds as viable a reason as some of the other law suits being brought in courts today.

Not paying a bill in KY....isn't that a hanging offense?

I think what still makes me the maddest is "the stomp". CL really showed his true colors with that one. To this day I can't believe that Coach K didn't pull him out of the game, if only for a few seconds, to rip his butt and tell him,
"we dont do that here!!!". I'd still love to see that happen, even now.

I know he's a big dude, and I'm smaller and old, but if he stops in KY and I see him, I'm telling him how small and cowardly "the stomp" was. As for "the shot", it makes me wanna cry every time I see it, but you can't fault a guy for playing well.

Why would you ever expect Coach K to do that?

He really shouldn't stop until the impact from falling off of a cliff stops him.

Laettner should ...

simply never drive through the Bluegrass. We are concerned about invasive species coming into the state.

To this day the craziest thing about the game was the neck brace.

I mean they never mentioned it! They acted like it wasn't there! And it was one of those 1980s foam jobs. Looked like a gigantic dog collar. Yet nobody once acknowledged its presence. Creeps me out to this day.
