WCN Event WCN Hotel Info for 2010 SEC Tournament - Nashville

WCN has secured a block of rooms at a discounted rate for its members at the 2010 SEC Tournament in Nashville, March 11-14. We managed to get a very nice hotel 3 blocks (.1 mile) from the Sommet Center and also 3 blocks from 2nd Avenue where all the restaurants and bars are located. No cabs or shuttles will be needed at this location as everything is within a few blocks. Never before have we been so close to all the action and events. This way when we lose Terry it wont be hard to spread out and find him.

The rate for folks not with WCN is $229 and up. WCN members will get the rooms for $175, the only other hotel within walking distance wanted $329 per night and could only give us 20 rooms. In the past we have booked as many as 200 rooms, but we only have 100 available this year. Most hotels are sold out or way outside of town, and Nashville traffic/parking is horrible during these events. These rooms will go fast, so secure your spot with WCN.

We do ask that you only reserve rooms you plan on using, no "just in case" reservations, please. WCN is responsible for any rooms canceled within our block. Anybody that cancels rooms and we have to pay for them will be unable to book with us in the future. We have had this problem the last two years we booked rooms. Again, DO NOT book rooms unless you are absolutely going to use them.

All reservations require a minimum 3 night stay which has to include Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Our rate is good for additional days as well, beginning Monday March 8th and through Tuesday March 16th.

WCN will host gatherings as well as a Bourbon/Cigar Room for everybody to gather and sample. Dinners and a raffle will be planned at a later date. We have always had a great time and have traditionally helped with the Pep Rally and will look to do so again. There simply is no way to get a better hotel or deal and be this close to everything. There are countless things to do just 3 blocks away.
